I Came to Yoga as a Seeker, Not a Teacher
After 20 successful years in the corporate world and building an award-winning business, life looked perfect from the outside.
Inside, my body was asking different questions.
I was managing prediabetes, thyroid imbalance, chronic fatigue, and persistent body aches. I tried orthopaedic medicines, nerve relaxants, dieting, and regular walking.
Something was still missing.

What Changed Everything
I returned to yoga. This time with intention under my Guru, Gaurav Saxena.
I had practiced yoga on and off for over 10 years. But this time was different. The difference was consistency and pranayama.
Here’s something profound I have learnt: a calm mind sustains consistent practice. And consistency, not advanced poses, is the real key.
In Three Months of Consistent Practice

- HbA1c dropped from 6.1 to 5.6 – prediabetic to non-diabetic
- Hypothyroid medication significantly reduced
- Greater emotional balance and a quieter, more peaceful mind
- I’m happy to share my blood reports and personal journey on request.
What I Bring to You
I teach what has worked for me. But I also know every human body is different. Every story is different. Every struggle is different.
That’s why I don’t believe in templates.
At Better Than Before, I combine yogic science, breathwork, behavioural understanding, and personal coaching to create a journey that is:
Safe
Rooted in traditional Vedic and Yogic science.
Practical
Daily sessions. Practised from home.
Personal
No templates. Your body, your pace.
Sustainable
Building habits, not dependency. Practice that stays with you.
My goal isn’t just to help you practice yoga. It’s to help you become Better Than Before — in health, in mind, and in life.
Credentials & Certifications
I bring to you a practice built on learning. A journey backed by proof.
